225 x 16 reps 170 lbs bodyweight. Did it with heels down, and locked out each rep. lost my footing after 13-14th rep, so lost the leg drive
The bench was facing a wall, so unfortunately had to do a side view, also didn't have a cameraman either so I placed my phone on a bench
Did this on a leg day. I have been treating my knees good and so my knees have been good to me and pr'ed 365 and also 345 x 2 woot woot
