Yes it slipped/failed when I took off the passenger side rim. I was talking to my friend on the phone then after like 5 mins it slipped/failed in front of me. It happen so fast. I usually use jack stand even for changing rims but got lazy that day. I would of been injured for sure if my friend hadn't called me
