I was doing skull crushers and when I was pulling the weight up I left something pull and a sharp pain on the left side of my neck. Woke up this morning In a lot of pain. Looking left, right, and up isn't too bad, still hurts but it's not bad. Looking down is killer though, iced it after the gym and before I went to bed. Pains kinda spread through my traps, it's all super tight now.
