I assume you are talking about pain in your lower back? If so I think the best thing you can do right now is to avoid flexion. Do not stretch and do not bend at your lower back. Stretching may give you temporary relief but is counterproductive. If you sit for long periods, make sure your back is in as neutral of a position as possible.
Deloading it regularly would help too. Eg. hang from a bar or put your hands on a chair and lift your butt off the chair so there is no load on your spine. Do that for just a few seconds at a time, but multiple times a day.
That's just my 2 cents though, I'm sure some of the kin students in here can give you better advice.
