Quick questions: Where does lacrosse ball rolling hurt the most for you guys? Personally, its the portion of my legs above and around the knee, and the gluteus medius.
Also, how long are your sessions?

Ended up creating my own workout routine...only to realize it's pretty similar to 5/3/1
