Sounds like ram error/video card error try pulling all sticks of ram, take out the plug, take out the motherboard battery, take out the video card (if you have onboard video), take out anything extra that's not necessary for your computer to boot (extra harddrives, sound cards, etc) and cycle the power button a few times to discharge and power remaining in the PSU.

Reinstall motherboard battery and reboot with one stick of ram. If same problem, keep moving ram 1 slot over. Also try this with all sticks of ram. Just try to narrow your problem down
