Out of curiosity, is there anyone who trains primarily for strength and not worry about their weight but has seen progressive weight gain throughout the years?
I want to get out of that "bulking" type of mindset, and just train to get stronger without worrying about calories, and eat as I would normally.
Would you guys say I would stay the same weight for 2 years, or seen some type of weight gain?

Me, that was what I was focusing on for the past year but problem is that i became a fat fuck and I'm currently cutting while maintaining and if not increasing strength and weight on working sets. If I were you I'd just keep doing what you're doing cause tbh I'm mirin those aesthetics
