I've been wanting to travel to Hong Kong but haven't made the travel choice yet, because I'm not Chinese so language barrier is an issue.

Can someone tell if me if it's easy to travel around? (Car needed? Within walking distances? Taxis?)

Where is popular places to go? Eat at? Must visits?

Which are the best hotels? Convenient?

Does anyone know a good website to book for flights & hotel? Or is it better to purchase separately? (if anyone know the prices right now, would be nice too)
