I recently put together a pc.
amd 5600k apu, stock heatsink/fan
8gb ram
500gb 7200rpm hdd
500w bronze fractal design psu

I noticed that using the computer feels sluggish. At first I thought I just got used to having windows on an ssd. But i dont think its the hard drive.

On bios, my cpu temp idles at about 42C and goes up to 52C on windows idle.. motherboard temps seem normal at around 30C.

I saw this and its temp graphs are way lower than mine should be. Pretty sure I put on the heatsink correctly. What are the other possible causes for the heat issue?
