I have a black jacket that is a couple of years old. It is still in very good condition, but I noticed around the collar and pockets that the outer layer is starting to peel/flake. The exterior material is 45% polyester & 55% polyurethane. Is there anything I can do fix it or make the peeling stop? Can someone recommend a product or a place I should take it to for repairs? TIA
