I haven't had hands on experience with DHB, but my Rapha bibs do use the same brand of chamois as the DHB (different model chamois tho)
With the hundreds of 4+ star reviews, you probably can't go wrong.
The most important part of a bib short is the chammy, and Cytech is one of the best / most comfortable out there.
I would go on the Cytech website, and cross reference which chammy the shorts you want to buy is using, and read up on it. Each model chammy does a different thing (thickness, breathability, etc).
It appears the different models of the Aerons use different fabrics in the body. Race fabrics are generally lighter/ thinner ...
Good buy though for something under $100
