You are already using a high-end router with a decent internet connection, and based on the number of connected devices. Your router should be able to easily handle the traffic.

The reason that your ping is terrible is because your router settings are not optimized for gaming. Your primary concern is to control the amount of traffic thats going into each device, and restrict that. All the devices are eating up alot of your bandwidth causing your ping time to drop. Also, if there is a "Optimize for gaming" setting. Use that.

An upgrade to 50Mbps internet connection will help in the long run, but only after you've optimize your router settings, otherwise it will remain a "free-for-all" for all the devices connected.
