Ain't that the billion dollar plus question.

I say yes, NDP supporters say no.

They ARE planning on not balancing the budget in the foreseeable future. Their plan, is to take the Liberals budget as a baseline and not go into deficit any more than what they are.

I really...REALLY hate planning for debt. I get it, and understand it, but I personally think a balanced budget is an important goal.
