Last year, I willingly convinced myself that I would only "ride casually." Yeah, let's just say a "casual ride" turned into 40 to 80km rides. 30 minutes turned into 60. 60 turned into 4 hour rides. Not sure if that' still casual. I ignored the bike fit thinking it was just a scam.
During and after every ride, I would be in pain, either my back, wrists, my knees, quads, calves, shoulders, arms - you name it. It wasn't until I switched to the CAAD10 and got a proper fitting, things started to work better. I also struggled at the beginning of the season because of all sorts of complications built up from last season but now, it's getting better. Now, I am pain free.
