Ask him if that 0fps is better than the 40fps he was getting beforehand. On the plus side maybe this will give you time to fix his other PC so he can sell/return all this other crap he doesn't need... that's gotta be a couple grand in parts (too lazy to check). Or did he reuse his case and stuff?
