I'd double check the chain tension on the timing chain. there could be enough slack that its causing the cam, crank to be out of phase/ incorrectly timed.

There is a service bulletin out on a tsx that I passed by, and if oil changes were extended, premature wear on chain can occur. Causing that code. You must measure chain tensioner end gap to be certain.

I highly doubt that your ECU is pooped. Maybe some rodents ate thru some wiring?
