I'll always and strongly believe in training within the 4-6 rep range for building mass (especially for us smaller guys). Thanks, I actually started experimenting heavier weight/lower volume for bi's today since Elliot Hulse from Youtube recommended lower volume and heavier weight for small muscles. So I will see how it goes.
