Please bear with me while I write my short essay (will take me 5 minutes).

You can judge a car/car brand on:

1- Performance (mostly objective)
2- Tech specs (objective)
3- The overall look (subjective)
4- Price point
5- Overall availability
6- Reliability
7- Brand Loyalty
8- history of the car brand
9- Interior Quality

I cannot speak for BMW drivers, but I can speak for my own love for Audi cars.

For me, I love Audi for its Quattro which is standard in most, if not all of the Audi range in North America (different elsewhere in the world).

I also love the clean lines on the RS5's body and I absolutely adore the new face-lifted LED day-time running lights.

Audi has come a LONG way since the last decade in terms of car reliability and quality.

And, add to the fact that all Canadian Audis are made in Germany (except the Q7 which is made in... Bratislava, Slovakia)... this is a HUGE plus for me.

To the best of my knowledge, other luxury car brands are mostly made in North America nowadays, to save on costs.

Lexus, BMW, Benz have many models made in Canada and the USA.

Quality improved dramatically, and the interior, as always, is very, very good quality and makes you feel like you spent money wisely.

Performance wise, it really depends on WHICH model in the car brand to compare between BMW and Audi.

There are many more BMW cars in Vancouver than Audi cars.

To prove my point, without even pointing to sales numbers, you can just look at the # of posts/views here in this forum for BMW pictures and Audi pictures.

BMW has 10 times the number of viewers.

It looks like BMW has won over the Vancouver crowd successfully, more so than Audi has.

The new 4 series looks to be a stunner and a high-sales model.

I'm hotly anticipating, however, the next A5/S5/RS5 model that will come out late 2015.

So... let the battle begin in the coupe segment between BMW and Audi!

bought mom a X3 last april, the ride was awesome but interior quality... im sorry americans just arent germans lolz
