I'm a little confused. So Grid is counting the -790M as zero, which means that if these are the numbers;
-608M 2013
-339M 2014
-160M 2015
The actual numbers are this?
-608 + (-790), 2013
-339 + (-790), 2014
-160 + (-790), 2015
So the NDP aren't balancing the budget at all?
