I don't have the money to spend to get nice oysters shucked for chowder.
Best I would could hope for is my aunt doing chiu chow oyster pancakes.


Also, I like the small ones the best. Kumamotos and Miyagi are probably my favs. I get mine from Seafood City on Granville Island.
Done a couple oyster nights, have yet to have a single sub-par oyster.
What CH28 said. Still on the half shell my man so don't worry, the juice is still there. Enjoy!
