Interesting situation, as I had a rough few months last year where I couldn't sleep properly.
But like posted above, a lawyer will do more harm than good here.
3 things that helped me sleep were red wine, sex, and melatonin.
You can get melatonin anywhere they sell vitamins.
Some of my friends who work nightshifts drink Nyquil to get to sleep even if they aren't sick, but I'd rather go with the stuff that's made with the purpose to help you sleep.
If none of this helps, you may need a sleep therapist.
