As Spoon Fed said, see if you can go on medical leave to get yourself sorted out. It's the best thing for your health and if they can't get rid of you, for your employer.

nobody wants someone unreliable working for them...hell I haven't been working since October due to my health, but that's the nice thing with being in a union. union brothers look out for other union brothers. I have HR calling me every 2 weeks seeing if I can come back or if theres a small job I can do until im ready to do my normal job...even my foremen tell HR to fuck off and leave me alone.
the susp. is harsh and I don't think it was deserved and you should def. look into the LRB. but if you really cant sleep, try some zzzquil?
