I'm actually printing on 8.5" by 5.5" on light card stock on some old Samsung printer I had l laying around. It's a laser printer, dying out and like 2 out of 10 toner I had, had a manufacture's defect. Too late to return or exchange them. Do you have any recommendations Jmac?

6"x9" printing cost is about $0.45/print with these guys and about 20 seconds per print (listed, probably a bit more in reality, but should be able to churn out 100/hour).
