Also, unless you have a water cooling setup with a rad at the back, there is not point using the rear fan as intake. Taking off the side Moduvent is silly IMO as there is a bottom intake fan, as taking off the side Moduvent greatly increases noise.

I agree with everything except sometimes it's good to have the rear as intake, and direct a tower air cooler blowing towards the front of the case, if you have top exhaust fans
