You want to get into a competitive program -- no one is going to help you take away their chance.
Your GPA is high, hope you're smart enough to do well enough on the PCAT. As far as extra-curriculars go, just ask a pharmacist if you can help out/do general stocking work and most will gladly write you a reference.
Also, suck up to a prof this coming semester/next semester and try to get a professor to write you a letter of recommendation. That's all you really need -- I have a few friends in pharm right now. They did ~70 credits of their undergrad and transferred over.
