Get butcher to cut bone in half, salt, oven as high as it will go.
Take out when browned like the photo.
Adjust for salt if you want (lots of salt doesn't hurt). You might consider fresh ground pepper as well.
Eat with toast. Vinegary salad on the side to cut the richness.
Best "light" dinner ever.
