The whole routine thing isn't to bad! The first weak was a learning experience, felt uncomfortable, irritated my inside lip (the plastic is sharp!), and I cut my tongue a bunch cause of my constant flicking/playing with the invisaligns..
I'm on my third tray and it doesn't bother me anymore. Also learned quickly not to flick with my tongue..(cut it up pretty bad the first few days)

I've had a few clients ask me whats up.. not because they noticed with their eyes but they could hear my lisp and saw my over speech was off. Overall I don't think people notice it and my lisp is slowly fading now that im getting used to it more!

The pics were done a few days apart, I think it was just the angle & lighting?!
