Following the interview with company 2, tell them you already have an outstanding offer but you do prefer working with them. Let them know so they decide quickly.
Companies like to know that you're demanded and that they've made the right decision. This is usually how I get 10-20% higher salary than initially offered.

Well I've already postponed the start date with this internship for a week, so can't delay anymore. The second job is much more stable and long term with benefits, and the internship only lasts 3 months at min. salary
