I prefer gunk's liquid wrench over WD40. Remember with liquid lubricants you have to tap the bolts or at least apply some torque / vibration so that the lubricants will work itself into the metal to metal areas. Use a wrench and hold the back hex bolt head too.
If you are really frustrated, I suggest going to your nearest Air Liquide dealer and get some liquid nitrogen and just pour it on the bolt head, a few seconds then a tap at the bolt head, it should fall off.. it makes a heck less mess than fire especially in tight spaces. (but remember to wear safety goggles and thick gloves!)
