I was going to order these from Amazon:
Continental Gatorskin
Amazon.com: Continental Gatorskin Bicycle Tire (700x25, Wire Beaded, Black): Sports & Outdoors

These are for my road bike - I ride ~ 150km a week.

Any advice?
No, I don't believe there is an advantage going with the skinnier tire (minus a few grams perhaps). More people are wanting more grip, plusher ride, etc, and you can get that in a 25c over 23c. Bigger contact patch on the ground gives you more road feel.

Giro Tech: Rise of the 25mm tire

Obviously, depends on what kind of surfaces you normally ride on. There's plenty of 23c vs 25c debates online.
