Thanks again for volunteering for Importfest

* Volunteers are expected to arrive at 9AM the day of Importfest (June 8, Saturday). You will probably stay til 11PM-12AM ish to assist with booth takedown as the show ends at 11PM.

* You will be given 30minute breaks every 2hours

* Those selling Revscene merchandise. You will be logging what is sold for our future e-store purposes. (this is more of a reminder for me to make sure the log is started when the gates open)

* Bring food with you if you want. I am not sure if there will be food vendors on site. You will be given in/out privileges from what i understand.

The Volunteers that I have down are:

lilaznviper

* Apparently there will be staff parking for us on-site but I forgot the complete details so can someone who got the response from blitz pls chime in. thanks lol

* To get in, I am sure there will be a "WILL CALL" booth setup. You should be on this list. Mention your name and that you're a volunteer with Revscene. If there are any issues, I will wait around at this booth at 9:15 if not all of the volunteers have showed to make sure everyone gets in ok.
