I'd just park somewhere else, and come back to the spot. and do something to the car.
Best things I've seen:
Not so damaging: Stealing the wipers off the car.
Abit more damaging: If they have rain visors, you rip those off.
Guy was a complete dick and deserves to get fucked in the butt: Keyed.
