no, only scum bags do that. theres a reason the waitress comes to check on you after 3-5 minutes of serving you your food. if you have a complaint, you tell her then. you don't say its good, then get the bill and say "fuck this, im not paying 30$ for a steak that sucked..even though i told the waitress that it was good.".
