You could get the powerline ethernet adaptor as lilaznviper mentioned, then have it connect to a wireless router inside the coach house -- this is probably the best idea for the coachhouse because the shaw wifi router is not so great in terms of range.

I am using Asus high power router to broadcast signal from CAT5 line from shaw. It sends stronger signal from shaw's router (tested by me today). My repeaters are already wi-fi repeater from Asus.
The powerline signal from my basement to the coach home?.. I don't know if the power/electricity is shared between the two separate building, they are also separated by a concrete paved back yard the size of a 1/3 of a half
basketball court. I dont know if it will reach that far.
My question is if using 2 repeaters possible?
