i was pretty choked when they said we could just show the receipt on our phones after already waiting 3+ hours.
I couldn't even get a internet connection to bring up the receipt + I didn't want to deal with will call the next day for my other tickets lol
that experience overall probably is why I will not come back next year. maybe in a few years.
