I dunno that's my first time pulling in 2 months.
2 points about my set that you'll see once posted. First the weight shocked me on my first 2 pulls. I should have been more explosive out of the gates. Used up energy that would have helped me later. 2nd I'm legit afraid those weights will go through the floor and the gym owner doesn't like banging on to the floor so I had to do controlled downs instead of "dropping" and pulling. So hard on the back.
I will try a 1RM in a couple weeks when my back isn't jacked anymore. I'm feeling it today haha
