You encounter problems when the CAT5 going to the suite is damaged. Or if there's only a single CAT5 run to the suite, and a single pair of that run is used by Telus, then there won't be enough pairs to offer gigabit service.
Speaking from experience.
It's a nice concept, what OneGigabit is offering, but in reality, it's not as easy as they make it sound.
