The wine list is light years better at Bearfoot if you are into higher end wines. If you plan to spend $100 or less on wine then you could argue Araxi has the better list.
I personally like the food better at Barefoot (they have a few different menus, set menus etc), but not by much. As for service, like most Whistler restaurants it can be inconsistent as they have to hire ski bums - however if you get a career server the service can be top notch.
