that looks really good, but like you said prep is everything. i really want to do it to my parents' garage but it's an old floor and a lot of contaminants have soaked into the concrete. i helped my uncle do his floor which was just as bad using the armor all epoxy product sold at home depot. tried to clean it up as much as we could and epoxied it but after two years it started to lift and now it looks like absolute hell
