burmese are the cheapest snake in the reptile industry(where its legal to keep). they produce big clutches and is the easiest snakes to keep and breed (as long as you have the space to accommodate its adult size).
Oh and skinny, try not to buy a wild caught one besides the possibility of parasites, ball python are notorious for being bad feeders, you might have trouble getting one to start eating. If you do ask to see a feeding demonstration and make sure that your come back to get the same one.
