Why not get the F150 then? Fords actually have great value when you compare them spec for spec.. especially during their family sales event.
I was trying to talk my dad into buying a Tundra because Toyota and he ended up with the F150. Can't remember exact savings, but spec wise he got a little more truck for a LOT less money.. Of course it will depreciate more, but the extra dough for the Toyota likely wouldn't have been justified in the end.
