Here's a quick run down of today's meeting with Blitzgear :
Staff and member volunteers required. As much as possible to make this meet go off without a hitch.
Morgan (Raiden) if you would be so kind, please head up the traffic team.
Traffic team will need to be onsite before club roll-ins, to mark off/setup club areas as well as RS booth and help with Blitzgear and sponsors.
there will only be ONE entrance, ONE exit. Traffic teams will need to collect data and waivers for each entry into the lot. Club roll in (reserve spots) will be cut off at 11am. Everyone else that comes afterwards will have to park themselves in whatever spots are available, as calmly and as courteous as possible. (no space hoarding or 2 car 1 spot type of stuff; space very limited.)
through out the meet staff will help with RS booth, promotions with E-store and giveaways, traffic calming in rotations, as well as patrolling. Unauthorized vendors should be reported to Blitzgear or myself as it is not permitted ( clause on waiver).
There will be food vendors, there will also be alot of games and prizes through out the meet. I can't say at this time who will be there and what sort of games and prizes (surprise!), but it will be grand. Staff members can partake in all activities as well, providing the primary function is to keep the meet organized and safe for vendors and members alike.
this will be one of the most memorable RS Summer meets to date if all the planning and participants pan out. Thank you again in advance for your dedication and effort in making this happen. According to stats, we are aiming for The Biggest Car Meet in Canada (no pressure).
