Previous job: 1st Camera Assistant - Started in the $30's, but I averaged about $2400/week, depending on how hectic of a shooting schedule that particular AD decided to create. Loved a lot of the rules, especially the one about how you would start getting paid extra for every x-amount of minutes you were missing your scheduled lunch break. Bank adds up fast.
I may not like Unions very much but sometimes you just can't beat the deals they've included in contracts.
