Damn, the deadline is next week. Good thing you can apply on-line. I'm in the process of looking for receipts.
In fact, I'm going to Costco in the next little while, where I purchase the stuff on a somewhat regular basis, to see if they can look up previous receipts for me and print them out. I will let you guys know how it turns out.
For those of you who are going for the $30.00 refund and doing so just to get the money, you are signing under oath (pain of perjury). Just saiyan.......
