I would not be surprised to see that kind of behaviour at all. As I was saying in my previous post, some (a lot?) of the Mainland Chinese have a serious entitlement problem. Additionally, the littlest thing could send them off into a bxtching fury (or even fist fights). I don't entirely blame them for having this behaviour because they have been pretty much conditioned into acting this way -- if you do not act all aggressive at the smallest thing back in China, you often don't get any service at all, and it is likely you'll get trampled on / taken advantage of all over by other more aggressive people.
But hey, Canada is not China. Keep that bs where it came from. The same behaviour is not acceptable here.
