You are right and not to mention they want everything cheap. So they want to pay 3rd world country price but gets serve as a 1st class passenger. Work as customer service and the most cheapest people I dealt with are all Chinese. Luckily I always try to speak English to them which makes them somewhat afraid to ask for deals coz they can't speak English.
