I don't think she has a case in court. English and French are the official languages of Canada. Anything else a business does not have to serve you if you can't understand them. Anyone remember that annoying guy who demanded to speak in French on the airplane? He has done it many times in the past and won multiple human rights case.
But... you know she should have brought her son along everywhere she went, need a translator right?
