Happened to us before. Ice604 Playoff game, play was a quick transition from offence to defence. Opposing player shot the puck as he skated into zone from just inside the blueline. Puck hits the post and comes out in a perfect V.
First ref was barely at the center ice line and called it a goal. He said it went into the net and straight out.
Another game, also Ice604, the goalie smoothers the puck and whistle is blown. The ref from the blueline calls it a goal and even the team getting the goal was like

saying it never went in.
