By the time I got back to my car, it was hot like hell inside and my dashcam was very hot to the point I thought it was going to explode. It wasn't hot to the point it was untouchable, but it was hot as though you wouldn't want your gadgets to be under such temperature. After rolling down the weathers to get some breeze of air ventilation, the dashcam cooled down significantly.
Due to the sun, there's some minor bright glare, overall, I am quite happy with my dashcam. Hopefully it can handle the weather over the summer.
I checked video footage from my dashcam when I got home, footage is good as usual.

Any updates on how it handled over the summer?
I also have a Finevu CR-500HD for my vehicle and have been parking it out in the sun in the summer for over 8 hours as the employee parking lot is outside.
At the end of my shift the camera would also be incredibly hot to touch, but the camera still works great and never had any problems in the heat
