i was pretty surprised at the level of strength the crossfitters had - seeing guys with slight builds 74kg pulling well over 500 lbs makes me think twice about bashing crossfit lol

Nice bro. Your squat is hella high now. And ya.. I work at a crossfit gym and there are some strong guys, but they all have impressive physiques.
